Greek & Turkish cherries.

FRUITS

Greek cherry producers have invested a great amount of time -and money- in advancing their final product. Their successful efforts is based on the following facts:

- Cherry varieties planted in Greece are better than the "Napoleon" variety which is being cultivated in Turkey. Some of these new "upgraded" varieties planted in Greece are: Ferovia, Skenna, Regina, Kordia, Sweet Heart, which are crunchier, even more delicious to taste and have a longer shelf-life.

- The greek cherry season lasts longer than the turkish one.

- Greek cherry producers offer easier logistics than their competitors.

- PROTO's extra advantage is the new calibrator -similar technology has not yet been acquired by our neighbours.
