One step closer to China for 4 Greek fruits
NEWS
The first Greek fruit export activity to China commenced in 2012 with the kiwis. Three years later, it seems that four more Greek fruits might finally find their way to the Chinese market: cherries, plums, grapes and oranges. After several years of efforts, the protocol's expansion procedure finally comes to a start; the final approval is expected to be given by the Chinese officials, by May 2016.
Other countries, such as India and Korea, also present a great opportunity as markets where Greek fruit can be introduced to. Greek authorities announced that they are committed to assisting this vision.
